Chocolate
I can confidently say I’ve never been a chocolate ice cream gal - until Frankie's.

We add 100% raw cacao—not to be confused with cocoa, which is what most brands use.
While cacao and cocoa come from the same source (the seeds of the cacao tree), they’re processed differently, which affects both their taste and nutritional content. Cacao is the raw, unprocessed form. It’s made by cold-pressing cacao beans, preserving natural nutrients. It’s rich in antioxidants (especially flavonoids). Cacao also contains magnesium, which supports muscle and nerve function, and can enhance brain function and mood.
Cocoa, on the other hand, is what you get after the beans are fermented, roasted, and processed at high heat, which lowers antioxidant levels and reduces nutritional value.
