Organic Grass-Fed A2 Dairy
Organic Pasteurized Eggs
Grass-fed A2 dairy combines the digestive benefits of A2 milk with the superior nutrition of grass-fed cows, making it one of the healthiest dairy options available. It is safely low temperature (vat) pasteurized which preserves the nutrients and enzymes making it significantly more digestiable. It also makes for better flavor and creamier texture.
Eggs are one of nature’s most nutrient-packed foods. The yolk alone is loaded with brain-boosting choline, along with vitamins A, D, E, B12, omega-3s, and antioxidants. We use Organic Pasteurized eggs because—unfortunately—free range or pasture-raised eggs, because they are almost never pasteurized, aren’t legally allowed in raw applications like ice cream, (we totally would, if we could). So until the rules change, Organic Pasteurized is the best we can do.
