As a vanilla girly, I couldn't not include this flavor in the lineup. However, I felt like it needed a little rebranding. We combine the classic vanilla with salty sweet maple caramel to get a picture perfect flavor. It still carries the roots of the traditional vanilla ice cream we all know and love, but leaves you with light hints of rich, bourbony salted caramel.

This flavor to me is the one that most aligns with our company values. It represents how there really is no need to add extra bulls*it into foods that don’t need it. We’re not adding corn syrup, we’re not adding caramel flavor, and we’re not using processed sources of sugar. Why? Because (say it with me) these additives have no benefit towards our health! At Frankies, we aren’t trying to stop you from consuming things that taste extremely delicious, like caramel. We simply want you to see that you can still have these delicious things without having to compromise your health. It’s not about giving up things you love, it’s about choosing the option that actually loves you back. And once you have our maple vanilla ice cream, you’ll never go back to the other stuff.
